Sisu’s jaw-sculpting filler treatments use an innovative hyaluronic acid dermal filler placed along the jawline to add facial structure for a more defined jaw and slimmer-looking neckline.

What is Jaw-Sculpting?

Jaw-Sculpting uses dermal fillers to “lift” the jawline by giving it a defined structure and shape, which in turn, makes the neck look slimmer. Our dermal fillers are made from a hydrating hyaluronic acid compound, which means your body will naturally metabolise it over time.

Common questions and the honest answers from Sisu’s very own doctors.

Q: Can filler lift the jawline?

A: At Sisu Clinic, medical doctors use dermal filler to add structure and shape to your jawline area. If you are struggling with volume loss, jawline filler is a great treatment designed to lift the jawline area. Depending on your desired results it can be used to create a subtle, elegant contour that lifts the face and also makes your neck appear slimmer and more delicate. It can also be used to create a more ‘chiselled’ and sharp look to the jawline.

Q: What is filler?

A: Dermal fillers are composed of hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring substance in the body. This can be injected into facial lines, folds, and tissues to restore facial volume that may decrease with age. Additionally, dermal fillers can be used to add structure to your face such as jawline or nose.

Q: What to avoid after dermal fillers?

A: After your dermal filler procedure at Sisu Clinic, you should avoid alcohol and aspirin for at least 24 hours post-treatment. In addition, you should avoid vigorous exercise and excessive heat for up to 48 hours post-treatment. It is also recommended to avoid using makeup for the first 12 hours following your treatment.

Q: What are the side effects of dermal fillers?

A: Dermal fillers pose few risks or side effects. However, the most common side effects include temporary bruising, swelling, and some redness around the injected site. These symptoms are usually resolved within the first 24 to 48 hours.
